Jess W Harris
Alternate for the Board of Supervisors
Commissioner Harris is a lifelong resident of Siskiyou County. A 2004 graduate of Yreka High School, he was the youngest student ever admitted to the GATE Natural Resources class, showcasing his early passion for the outdoors. Jess is a lifelong hunter, fisherman, and outdoor enthusiast with deep roots in the county’s natural offerings.
Commissioner Harris began his first term on the Board of Supervisors in January 2025.
He was appointed to Commission and STA Board on January 21, 2025. He serves as the alternate for the Board of Supervisors.
