Paul McCoy
Delegate for the League of Local Agencies
Commissioner McCoy has lived in Yreka since 1986. His first term on the Yreka City Council began in January 2019. He was elected to the Yreka City Council.
Commissioner McCoy was appointed to the SCLTC in January 2023. He serves as a delegate for the League of Local Agencies.
