The Siskiyou County Local Transportation Commission (SCLTC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to complete a comprehensive update to the 2021 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP).
The RTP update must be developed in full accordance with the recently adopted 2024 California Regional Transportation Plan Guidelines for Regional Transportation Planning Agencies, all applicable federal planning requirements, and must include the preparation of environmental documentation pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Proposal Deadline:
All proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. PST on Friday, January 23, 2026.
